Perfect home base for extended stays and for exploring all that LA has to offer! The space The 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 stories house is charming, comfortable, clean, and privately located in Los Angeles! There are two queen size beds on the 2nd floor, living room and kitchen on the 1st floor, with a comfortable modern looking sofa. The 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor has a shower, tub and hair dryer. Two free parking spots are on the property in front of the house. There is a lot of natural light through big windows to give you all the Vitamin D that you need! Also, there is a water filtration system allowing both cold/hot water, and an air purifying system to give you the top air quality. Hope you enjoy your stay at our PICK HAUS! Guest access Guests have access to a full kitchen, cooking pans, dishes, utensils. Also, there is a 55" TV in the living room with Netflix and YouTube TV for you to use. Other things to note We have a professional cleaning service that details and sanitizes the entire 2 bedroom house before and after every guest. We guarantee that it will be immaculately clean before your arrival. Our cleaners also wash all sheets, towels, pillow covers, and blanket covers before and after each guest. Also, we pay living wage (Over 4 times of the minimum wage) to our cleaners who live locally. Please make sure you follow all the house rules (no parties, no pets, no smoking inside, no illegal file downloading, quiet hours, etc). In a rare case that a guest breaks each rule, a $250 in penalty will be charged. Also, please be clear about the total number of guests when booking this house. If you are trying to host a large group, there will be some additional charges. - The house has a no shoe policy, so you can expect a clean house. - NO SMOKING $250 PENALTY - Please be very clear about the total number of guests when booking this home. Anyone that will be entering our home is considered a guest, regardless of if they stay overnight. - Check-out time is at 11 am. The cleaners are scheduled to come right after your check-out to prepare for the next group of guests. Any additional hour of stay without notice will be charged $120/hr for the upcoming guests will be unsatisfied if the house is not ready for their check-in. For check-out delays there will be a charge on the rescheduling and having to make our cleaners wait.
