This dreamlike, light-flooded loft in Passau is located in a two-family house in the Grubweg district and is modern, very high-quality and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The 70 m² apartment with its own entrance has a very large living room-kitchen-dining area, bathroom with shower/toilet and a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm. Everyone who enters this bright loft is enthusiastic about the special design and the high, bright rooms... you immediately feel at home. The space Large living room-kitchen-dining area with real wood floors and a room height of about 3.5 m, large leather sofa 3-seater and 2-seater couch, fully equipped high-quality modern kitchen with fridge, 2-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine and toaster. Dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. are provided. Large table with 4 chairs and additional real light lamp for office work, cozy reading corner with armchair, bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet and a bedroom with a very cozy 1.80 x 2.00 m wide natural bed. Linens, towels, hair dryer and essential bathroom utensils are provided. Final cleaning fee is 60 euros. Guest access From the street, a wooden jetty (a total of 3 steps) leads into this fantastic apartment with its own entrance (not barrier-free). It is available for our guests only. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with a key safe, so you can arrive relaxed at any time. You can park for free along the street in front of the house. The bus stop for the city bus is about 150 m away. The city bus runs every half hour to the city center. On foot, you are in about 25 minutes in the old town of Passau (suspension bridge). You should then take the bus home, as it goes back up the mountain. By car, it takes about 8 minutes to the city center (central bus station). Very close to the apartment you will find a bakery and a very well-equipped Edeka, which you can easily reach on foot. The beautiful nature reserve "Oberilzmühle" with a swimming lake and the Ilz hiking trail are also only 10 minutes away. This apartment is perfect especially for excursions to the Bavarian Forest. You are close to the city, do not have to look for a parking space and can reach the Bavarian Forest Nature Park very quickly (e.g. to Freyung in about 30 minutes).
