This fantastic, light-flooded loft in Passau is located in a two-family house in the Grubweg district and is modern, very high-quality and equipped with a lot of love for detail. The 70 sqm apartment with its own entrance has a very large living-kitchen-dining area, bathroom with shower/toilet and a bedroom with a double bed 180x200 cm. Anyone who enters this bright loft is thrilled with the special design and the high, bright rooms...you immediately feel at home. The space Large kitchen-dining area with real wood floors and a room height of about 3.5 m, large leather sofa 3 seater and 2-seater couch, fully equipped high-quality modern kitchen with fridge, 2-burner ceramic hob, coffee machine and toaster. Dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. are provided. Large table with 4 chairs and additional real light lamp for office work, cozy reading corner with armchair, bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet and a bedroom with a very cozy 1.80 x 2.00 m wide natural bed. Linens, towels, hair dryer and most necessary bathroom amenities are provided. Final cleaning fee is EUR 60. Guest access From the street, a wooden jetty (3 steps total) leads to this fantastic apartment with private entrance (not accessible). Our guests are available on their own. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with a key safe, so they can arrive relaxed at any time. You can park for free along the road in front of the house, and the bus stop for the city bus is about 150 meters away. The city bus runs every half hour to the city centre. On foot they are in about 25 minutes in the old town of Passau (suspension bridge), then they should take the bus home, as it goes back up the mountain. By car you need about 8 minutes to the city center (ZOB). Very close to the apartment you will find a bakery and a very well equipped Edeka, which they can easily reach on foot. The beautiful nature reserve "Oberilzmühle" with swimming lake and the Ilzwanderweg are also only 10 min away. Especially for excursions in the Bavarian forest, this apartment is perfect. They have the proximity to the city, do not have to look for a parking space and are very quickly in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park.
