No pets, no smoking, no parties RR-26-365 The space The primary bedroom (king bed) is located on the first floor and guests can enjoy the three bedrooms upstairs—one en suite bedroom with its own bathroom (queen bed) and two other bedrooms sharing a jack and jill bathroom (one bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a twin over full bunk bed). A 5th bedroom, called the Studio (king bed) has its own bathroom, lounge area and desk and is in its own separate second floor wing making it a perfect retreat for or from the in-laws. There's an outdoor shower as well. Electric Vehicle charging is available for guest use. Up to a maximum of 4 overnight cars parked. Guest access There is a driveway that parks four cars, 2 in front and 2 near garage in back. Town is an easy 7 minute drive to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. There is a great grocery / prepared food market 3 minutes away and a farm stand (Round Swamp) 4 minutes away by car. Other things to note Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for actions and people in the group. All guests will be sent a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and must sign rental agreement 7 days prior to check in. Booking made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but not intend to stay yourself.
