Welcome to you home away from home! This stylish contemporary home has been designed with travelers comfort in mind and is ideal for families and business travelers alike. Our goal is to provide a space where guest can work and relax at the same time. This never lived- in home is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to I-10, 2 min from local restaurants/Walmart, 9 min from Eastlake Marketplace/Amazon, 25 min. from the airport, Zaragoza International bridge and Downtown. The space Casa Maggiore is a stylish and functional 2 Story, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that can easily and comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. The home is distributed as follows: Living Area – The living area is open space concept with 3 double sliding doors that bring plenty of light to the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a sectional that provides excellent comfort with feather-down cushions and large fluffy pillows. The sectional faces the dining room and a rotating smart 65” Samsung TV. Dining Room – The dining table sits 6 people, its outfitted with placemats, marble coasters and trivets so guest can utilize the dining room comfortably. Inside the credenza guest can find multiple table games and puzzles for family fun. Kitchen – The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, gas stove/oven, granite counter tops, dinnerware for 9 people, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster oven, blender, dual Keurig coffee maker, electric tea pot, cutting boards, wine glasses, electric wine opener, a Brita water filtering pitcher and an island that can seat an additional 3 people. As a courtesy we have coffee pods, coffee packs, coffee filters, tea and bottled water. Laundry Room – Full Size washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, first aid emergency kit and fire extinguisher are provided. The guest must buy their own detergent, softener and dryer sheets. Bedrooms - All rooms have been equipped with TVs (58” TV in Master Bedroom and 32” TVs in the other 3 rooms), blackout roller shades AND blackout curtains, ECHO dots devices, ceiling fans, lamps with USB ports, nightstands, closets, luggage racks, hangers, 4 pillows each bed, designer linens, extra pillows, extra blankets and hybrid pillow top mattresses for a good night sleep. Bed Sizes - Master has a king bed; Bedroom 2 has a twin bed and a Full size bed; Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed. Master Bathroom - set of 4 towels, walking closet, rainfall shower, hair drier, make-up mirror, cotton balls, Q-tips and a commentary set of toiletries. Extra towels and/or toothbrushes can be provided upon request. 2nd Bathroom – Set of 4 towels, hair drier, toilet paper, and complementary set of toiletries. Extra towels and toothbrushes can be provided upon request. Patio – The private, high fenced, private backyard offers a small covered patio, dining & living room furniture and a gas BBQ Grill and BBQ grill utensils. Parking - Casa Maggiore has a covered two car garage, uncovered parking in driveway for 2 cars and plenty of parking in front of the house. For the safety of our guest and their vehicles the house has 5 security cameras around the outside of the house. Note: All TVs are smart and have the necessary apps downloaded so that guest can use with their own log in information. We only offer Paramount+ for streaming, there is no other streaming available such as Netflix, Hulu, PrimeTv, Apple TV, HBO+ etc. Guest access Guest will be able to access the whole house. Other things to note Other Amenities – (1) Bedroom 2 has been equipped with a small electric standing-seating desk (48” by 24”) and chair so that guest can comfortably work from their computer.
