Welcome to our lovely home. We are located minutes away from highway 401 and Highway 404/Don Valley Parkway in an easy and accessible neighbourhood. The space This private room includes a walk in closet and one queen size bed. It is ideal for all travelers and great for students. Maximum 1 person allowed only. Common spaces shared with two other male guests. Guest access Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common areas such as a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Parking is available upon request. Iron and ironing board are stored in the top floor bathroom. Use of laundry is available for use during weekends from 12:00pm-9:00pm. Common spaces shared with two other male guests. Other things to note We ask all of our guests to: - DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOUSE - keep noise levels to a minimum after 9 pm - wash plates and utensils after use - please place trash and recycling in the bins located outside the house - be mindful and respectful to other guests
