Private bedroom and bathroom in a historic 5-bedroom Victorian home across the street from Enloe Hospital. Charming house in a safe family neighborhood. 6 blocks to Chico State University and downtown. The space Room has a comfortable queen bed and a flat screen TV. Towels provided for use while staying. Large bathroom with old-fashioned toilet and claw foot tub/shower. Guest access Common areas include kitchen, dining room with work desks, living room with large flat screen TV and grand piano, back and front porch, washer and dryer. There is a Spa in the backyard. Common areas are cleaned regularly by a housekeeper. During your stay When I am out of town, someone will be available in case of emergencies. I am best reached via text.
