Ideal Location in Uptown Waterloo

This room is going for minimalist bohemian. It has a comfortable double-sized bed, a desk, chair, a recliner seat, shelves and closet. The curtains are blackout ones, so you can sleep in comfortably. The floor was recently redone and is now wood laminate. The space The street is very calm and the neighbor's are great. This is nice and soothing room with a view to the neighbors backyards same level as the kitchen and washroom. It has a queen sized bed, wood laminate flooring, a desk and chair, and a lounger chair. The window is sealed in the winter so there are no drafts, you can open and close during the warmer spring and fall days and with a window AC unit during the summer heat. There is a possibility of one or 2 more guests sharing the washroom and the kitchen. The kitchen is used by all guests and my 2 children who are here every other day. The laundry ( coins $2 for washing, $2 for drying) is in the building basement and is used by all tenants , so us and other 2 apartment units. Guest access Kitchen with fridge and freezer space, living room and washroom shared with us ( my kids use the toilet and sink) and the other 1 or 2 guests. The washer and dryer are coin operated and are in the basement. For parking you can park a bike in the shed and a car on the street for free for 15 days, for longer stays there is a public parking lot 1 min walk away. During your stay We are a very friendly family of 3 and we love to show newcomers around the town, pointing them in the right direction, etc. We are very artistic, so if you have a musical or visual arts streak we would love to hang out. If not, it is okay, too. We are flexible with this, just let us know. Other things to note No need to bring bedding or any kitchen utensils, we have many, unless of course it is a very specific one, but you might be surprised, I might already have it here and will lend it out. In reality, I orefer if you dont bring kitchen things, the kitchen gets crowded and there won't be space tp store . As well when dishes are done I lik anywhere to put everything away from the drying rack before the next batch and if there are things there that don't have a place it can get little frustrating.
