Enjoy a rustic ADA accessible room with your own private bathroom. This is also one of our designated pet rooms ($20 Fee per pet) and pets should not be left unaccompanied. This room is great for a small family or group of no more than 5 occupants with a roll-away. Furnished with x1 Queen and x1 Twin over Twin bunk beds. Make yourself at home in our shared common areas. As the weather warms up we tend to sell out, especially over the summer. Be sure to book now to avoid disappointment! The space Hostel address: 930 N. Holladay Dr, Seaside, Oregon, 97138 - We do allow pets with a $20 fee per pet (but not in dorms). Pet designated rooms are now rooms #5, #8, #9 only. Pets should always be accompanied in the rooms or yard. And please clean up after them. - Check in is 4pm at the front desk. Check out is at 11am. Please return keys to the front desk. - No curfew. Quiet time 10pm - 8am. - Free Wifi password: Will be disclosed upon check in. Wifi is limited to certain rooms, however there is usually strong WiFi in all common areas. - Shared kitchen entry code: Will be disclosed upon check in - Point Bus stops at our door (tickets sold here or online). You can visit us by traveling on public transport right from Portland to our front door! Everything that you need like supermarkets, the town center, and the beach is within walking distance. - Parking on site; first come, first serve and can fill up during peak times. Street parking is also available. - Common areas include a fully stocked kitchen, dining area with TV, living room with library, toys, games, and musical instruments. - Free DIY coffee and tea in the lobby. - We accept cancellations with 48hr notice. General information: - Each guest in the reservation will receive a personal towel to use during their stay. Please leave your linens in the room when checking and drop your key off at reception to check out. ** Completed reservations with missing linens will incur a fee ** - There are no individual kitchens in rooms or dorms but we have communal cooking and dining options so please refrain from keeping food in rooms or dorms. Please use the communal fridge and freezer instead and remember to remove your food upon check out. - Rooms do not have air conditioning. Fans are available on request. - Rooms do not have televisions. There is a shared television in the dining room guests are welcome to use. - If you have reserved a private room, you have your own room and bathroom with additional access to our shared common areas like the kitchen, dining room, living room and backyard. - If you have reserved a dorm bed you have access to a bathroom (that is only shared with other members of your dorm), and access to the shared common areas. The female dorm has a few lockers but please bring your own lock and key. - Our backyard is on the beautiful Necanicum River. We have a range of single and double kayaks and canoes for rentals - $15 solo, $20 double/ 4 hrs - life jackets included. Weather permitting, we will have outdoor furniture including hammocks. We also have a communal fire pit that requires BYO firewood (or hostel commissioned $10 bundle) and should not be left unattended. - Young children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. - For assistance during your stay, it will be easier and faster to refer to the front desk instead of communicating through Airbnb. Parking on the street for overflow. - All of our guests have access to main house, all community common areas, backyard and canoe & kayak rentals when available Other things to note - Pets and children are not permitted in the dorm rooms. - Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior to your arrival (Dorms only), 48 hours prior to your arrival (private rooms only).
