The entire apartment is available, in one of the best locations in StKilda, opposite the St Kilda Botanical Gardens and in walking distance (10mins) to St Kilda beach, Luna Park and Acland St. Lots of cafes and restaurants are a short stroll away. There is a large enclosed private backyard, large, comfortable lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. A surprisingly tranquil space in the heart of St Kilda Elderly people live in the building, so only suitable for quiet stays. The space The apartment is a private little oasis with a large lockable private backyard, enclosed in trees and opposite the St Kilda Botanical Gardens. You can walk to both StKilda and Elwood beaches. The apartment is simply furnished, clean and comfortable. The rooms are light filled with plants. The bedroom has an organic latex queen size bed. The large lounge has an extendable dining table, a long couch that can be slept on and a gas heater. The bathroom has a shower overbath and washing machine and the kitchen is simple and functional with a bench and high chairs. Which can function as an extra workspace. Guest access Private access to the apartment and backyard. Other things to note We live in a small block of three apartments. Our neighbors are friendly and we all help each other when needed, they are all senior though and loud noise isn't appropriate. The calendar is often more flexible than what is listed as available so if you need to extend a day or two either end please let us know and we may be able to accommodate it. We generally only take people with at least 3 positive reviews.
