#4 Long term stay for work or rest

We serve guests who stay 30 nights or longer and thus offer big savings of 33% because you won't pay any state or city taxes (which total an additional 13% for shorter stays) and you'll get a 20% long-term discount from us, too! Our guests come to work, to study, or just to rest. Four other wonderful guests share this newly re-modeled home. The space Shaded by large mature trees, this home is in a quiet neighborhood, and is the perfect getaway. Your room looks out on the front porch and front yard, the hedge in front of the front porch providing a lovely screen for you should you wish to open the blinds. Your closet is a beautiful antique amoire - possibly from the 1930s - with room for hanging clothes as well as a set of drawers from the "olden days" labeled for socks, etc! Let me know if you need additional closet space as there is an empty closet which you may use - right across from your room. Guest access Since ours is a corner lot, there is plenty of parking in front and on the side of the house. Also, there are two covered parking spots in the carport in back of the house for just $25 extra per month. Check with me to see if one of the spaces is available. During your stay We recently moved to another home just a mile away, but I'll be popping in from time to time to check on things or to make ready for a new guest. I am available to you and want your stay in our home to be perfect, so please let me know if there is anything you need or if there is anything that I need to be aware of. Other things to note All guests must be disclosed on the booking and paid for in advance. These will be considered 'authorized'. A guest is any adult or child at the property, whether staying the night or visiting. No unauthorized guests may be on the property at any time. We have Blink motion detectors at the front and back doors for your security. . We expect everyone to clean up after themselves; my cleaning helper comes in once a month to give the place an extra shine.
