This lakefront house features a Master Bedroom with King size bed and master bath with full size shower and double vanity. 2nd bedroom has queen size bed with large closet for storage. Open concept living space includes the kitchen with new appliances, pantry and island seating. Living room features plenty of windows for natural light and views of the lake with direct access to the deck. Walkout basement has a newly designed hangout space including large TV, pool table and seating. The new bunk room added features 2 twin bunk beds and a full size bed. The basement bathroom has been updated with a shower as well. Enjoy the great outdoors with multiple gathering spaces including a shaded patio, an expansive deck with large table, and long open yard. This home features 50 ft of lake front frontage with sandy beach and no road to cross. We have a lifetime of experience spending summers at Bass Lake. Before your arrival you will receive a unique code for the door on the road side of the home. The yard, beach and deck are all yours to enjoy. Of course, the lake is the big attraction. It is great for boating, swimming, and has a nice sand bottom. Other things to note Guests are invited to use beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas during their stay to fully enjoy the lake. Adirondack chairs are available to sit and watch the incredible sunsets over the lake and enjoy an evening campfire.
