Cottage in Winona Lake

1900's Island cottage situated on the canal of the beautiful Winona Lake. Directly across from the Artisan village, one can enjoy dining, coffee houses, unique shops, and entertainment, this home is on the Greenway path that provides access to trails, park, splash pad and beach. With 4 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining room, this home has all the space to relax and enjoy island living. The space This 2 story vintage home comfortably sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms (1 on first floor and 3 on second floor), 3 queen beds, a bunk bed, 1.5 baths, and pull out sofa. A laundry/dryer + supplies are available for use in the room adjacent to the kitchen. Heating and cooling are controlled by a smart thermostat located in the dining room. During the summer months additional cooling units will be placed in bedrooms. A pier sits directly in front of the home that can be used to fish and launch kayaks from. Please note that those over 18yrs of age must have a fishing license per state law. Street parking is available directly in front of home (2 spots). Island living is unique and so is the home :) Guest access You are welcome to use all area's of the home except for a locked portion in the back and the side garage. Other things to note Kayaks are available for use on property. Though internet/wireless coverage is an amenity, we are not responsible for unforeseen issues such as ISP outages in the area, power loss (accidental or otherwise), changes to any device in the home, etc.
