It has a large wooded park, a fenced swimming pool, and a barbecue grill. The entire property is fenced, which is ideal for families with children and pets. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ground floor, large living room with a beautiful wood stove, which, being in the center of the house, allows it to be heated in its entirety, in addition to air conditioning in the living room and dining room and radiators in the bedrooms). It has large windows that lead to the garden, with a divine view of the pool. Bedroom with a double bed. A full bathroom. A defined kitchen with a dishwasher for 12 place settings. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second bedroom has 3 single beds (and a trundle bed). Full bathroom. At the back, there is a large barbecue, a large roofed grill, a bar with stools, a family table for 12 people, and a barbecue enclosed by large windows in which there are comfortable armchairs and a round table ideal for board games. In the service area, there is a full bathroom, which is useful for the barbecue. Bedroom with a full bed. A laundry room. An extra refrigerator and freezer. The pool is a good size. It has an area for sun loungers, and has large umbrellas. In security it has: perimeter alarm, motion sensors for the night. Room for 3 or 4 cars, depending on size. A maximum of two dogs are accepted that do not climb on the armchairs or beds. Cats are not allowed. Guest access The entire property.
