Oak Ridge Guest House Bedroom #2 double bed

Five-bedroom house centrally located in city in a good neighborhood. Fully furnished, including linens and kitchen supplies. Within walking distance to grocery stores, fast food and restaurants, and recreation areas. Oak Ridge National Lab, 9 miles, and Y12 Nuclear Facility, 5 miles. The space Guests will share the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, and two shower-bathrooms. Guest access Guest will park on the street in front of the house. They have access to the two large porches on each end of the house and a large yard. During your stay I will greet each guest as they arrive and give them a tour and instructions about the Guest House. Each guest is given my phone number and I also live in the neighborhood. I am often in the house for cleaning or maintenance.
