You will stay in a bright and spacious apartment close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. It is a family accommodation, ideal for 5 people (2 double beds and 1 single bed). Includes all mod/cons, as well as linens and towels which will also be provided. For more information, please kindly read the detailed description below. :) The space Features enjoyed by my guests: - The apartment is bright and spacious. - The apartment has a nice view of the sea from its 12sqm terrace. - It is a family apartment. - Easily accessible: by car and tramway. - Fully equipped, linens, towels.... Other features to consider: - The accommodation has 3 fans. - Check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm and check-out is no later than 11 am on the day of departure. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal. Housing: You'll appreciate my place for its space, its family aspect and its balcony with a nice view. The apartment can accommodate 5 people and is located on the 3rd floor accessible by lift. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A cosy lounge overlooking the terrace: sofa, coffee table, television, dining area with a large dining table. - Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils. - A first bedroom giving access to the balcony: double bed, dig dressing room with hangers and desk. - A second bedroom with sofa bed, dressing room, desk and access to the terrace. - A third bedroom with a double sofa bed, dressing room and desk. - A neat bathroom: Italian shower, towel dryer. - Separate toilet. You can also enjoy a nice outdoor space with a terrace with a view of the sea and a small dining table. Guest access Access to the whole apartment.
