Family home with private pool

Our villa is located 200 m from the center of the village (bakeries, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops and typical Monday morning market) and at the foot of Mont Ventoux with its many bike paths and nearby hikes. Bédoin is 45 minutes from Avignon with its Festival, 30 minutes from Orange and 10 minutes from Mormoiron with its lake and its tree climbing courses. The space The 160 m² house has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor (a master suite with 140 cm bed, shower, bathtub and one with 120 cm bed, shower and mezzanine with 2 single beds) and 2 upstairs (one with 140 cm bed and one with 160 cm bed and 140 cm bunk bed). Upstairs there is also a shower room and a separate toilet. On the ground floor a large entrance serves the 2 bedrooms, the toilets and a kitchen open to the dining room, the veranda and the living room. Two French windows overlook the two large terraces of about 30 m² each with tables and chairs (one in the south semi-shaded and the other in the east shaded with gas plancha and facing the pool). The house is surrounded by a 1200 m² garden with different play areas: swing, sandpit, small children's house, petanque court, ping pong table, slide. The 10 m by 4 m swimming pool is surrounded by a large non-slip tiled area with garden furniture, sun lounger and parasol.
