The apartment is located on Rue Lazare Carnot, in the picturesque "Île Sud" district, because you are indeed surrounded by canals! Easy access, because at the entrance of the city, you will have the joy of doing everything on foot and thus discover the soul of this fishing town, with its fish restaurants, pedestrian streets, its market halls with a unique atmosphere and at its feet… the Mediterranean…! The space Welcome to our apartment, completely renovated, in the heart of our very warm and typical town of Sète, known as "the Venice of Languedoc". This very quiet accommodation is located in a small typical Sétois building on the south side to enjoy the sun until the end of the day… It is about 35 m2 and is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. The entire apartment is air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning). It consists of a separate bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, linens and towels are provided. (the bed is made upon arrival). The living room has a sofa and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom and living room/kitchen both open onto a small balcony through two French windows. You can have your favorite drink... read a book but also enjoy the last rays of sunshine at the end of the day... You will find everything you need in the kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, washing machine… Some essentials to start your stay off right: Sugar... coffee pods... teas... Some cool drinks in the fridge are available to welcome you... And finally… a shower room with sink and toilet. Street and surrounding parking is paid with the possibility of a subscription to the Canal parking lot 5 min walk. Guest access The apartment is a T2. It is located at 39 Rue Lazare Carnot on the 2nd floor of a small building without elevator access. Be careful with the stairs, especially when you're carrying suitcases. They become a little bit harder from the 2nd floor. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It has been tastefully renovated and all spaces have been optimized with maximum storage so as to feel comfortable... This apartment is great for 2 people and spending great times in our beautiful and atypical city of Sète! Other things to note We live in the Cévennes! Almost 2 hours' drive from Sete.
