Guest access Guests have full access to the courtyard area at the back of the house where there is seating, a barbecue is available, guests can also sit in the summer house ,when not in use,at the front of the property, enjoy the views from the front garden with a glass or two of an evening, take in the view or catch a Sunset.. weather permitting Other things to note There is no bus service within the area. The nearest transport link is Seagrave which a good 50minute walk away.
