This apartment is located between the most coveted streets of the city, Balmes and Aribau, in the upper area of the city. The space It can accommodate two people in a total area of 60 m2, includes all you need for a comfortable stay, and is fully renovated and equipped with modern appliances. The master bedroom is fully furnished; it has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and TV. The rest of the apartment has a living room has a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a sofa-bed, free Wi-Fi, and AC. From within, you can access the wide terrace and enjoy an outdoor dinner with fresh air. The kitchen of the apartment is modernized and fully equipped with all appliances you might need, such as a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a stove and more. In addition, it has a complete bathroom with shower. Other things to note Before you decide to enjoy this unit, please take note of the following: - From 20:00 - 22:00 h, it is possible to check in with an additional cost of 65 euros; from 22:00 - 00:00 h, an additional cost of 85 euros would be due, provided upon request. - It is necessary to fill out and sign the form and the house rules. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID. - No parties are allowed. In the event that a neighbor complains or submits proof that a party is ongoing in the apartment, a damage request that can go up to over 250€ will be done via the Airbnb resolution center; and in case of damages, the cost of repairing/replacing damaged items will be claimed. - Due to the increase in the consumption price, if during your stay you exceed the 150€ monthly cost, between water/electricity the difference will be requested to be paid through the Airbnb Resolution Center. This accommodation is offered as a seasonal rental, in accordance with current regulations. The stay is temporary in nature and intended for recreational and/or leisure purposes. Guests will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement in which they declare that their stay does not constitute their primary or habitual residence.
