Staying at Fedor House is like staying in the luxury hotels of yesteryear. We do interior design that has a perfect mix of Victorian, Modern and Venusian influences. We won't spare any expense when it comes to preparing your accommodations. The space Bigger on the inside than it looks! Lots of space for everyone — ideal for families and group stays! Fedor House Suites offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 3,600 sq ft of finished space across three levels. In addition to traditional bedrooms, we’ve added flexible sleeping options, including 4 convertible sleeper chairs and 2 queen tri-fold mattresses, making the home perfect for families with kids or groups who enjoy staying together. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, basement kitchenette and wet bar, theater seating with an 80” TV, hot tub, and access to walking paths and a community pond. The private lower level is especially popular for group sleeping and entertainment. Comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — it truly feels bigger on the inside. We’ve added a classic 60-game arcade station, a guest favorite that brings hours of fun for kids, teens, and adults alike. It’s perfect for friendly competitions, rainy days, or winding down after a full day of activities. Other things to note 1.) No smoking in the house. Smoking in the house is prohibited. If anyone is found smoking in the house (directly or indirectly) will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.00. 2.) Please clean up after yourselves. An additional cleaning fee equal to the price to replace, restore, or clean, will be charged if anything is damaged or is soiled, trashed, torn, or missing. 3.) Trash collection is on Thursday morning. Please gather your trash and place in garbage can. Take garbage can to the street in front of the house for Thursday morning pickup. 4.) Stay out of locked areas. Certain areas in the house are used for storage. These areas are off limits. 5.) Do not damage ADT your property. Home security is setup in the home. There is no devices located in areas such as bathrooms or bedrooms. However, there are some centrally located in the home that are clearly visible. 6.) No parties unless approved by me. Please submit formal request. A form will require your signature detailing all rules and regulations. The event must be over by 11 pm. 7.) Turn off all unused lights, lock the door, and turn on the ADT system prior to leaving. If excessive electricity is used when you leave the premises, you will be charged an extra fee of $150 for your stay. 8.) thermostats should be set to 70 degrees prior to leaving. 9.) A pet fee is charged for every animal you bring on the premises, $150.00 per animal. Only 2 pets are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the main floor. Animals Are not allowed on furniture. You must watch your pet(s) at all times. The person who booked the reservation is responsible for all pets brought to the home regardless of true ownership of animal. Pets may not be left unattended. You are responsible for cleaning up after the pets including any fecal matter or other pet waste. Any damages caused by the animal will be charged to you. No exceptions. 10.) All guests are to be listed on your reservation. There are set limits of guests per listing. Please be certain you pay for each additional guest. Failure to comply with house rules, especially 8 and 9 will result in the termination of your stay with no refund. 11.) Garage is not part of rental. This area is not accessible to guests. The garage is off limits. There are recording devices located in the garage that are motion detected. They record when motion is detected in the garage. Please refrain from going into the garage. 12.) Hot tub hours are between 10 am to 10 pm. Please be courteous of my neighbors. Please keep the noise down after 10 pm so my neighbors can sleep. If you turn on the lights outside on the deck, please turn them off before 10:30 pm.
