The space Enjoy roughly 1300 square feet including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining space, laundry area, and a large living room. The living room and primary bedroom both have smart TVs. The primary bedroom has a king bed that is adjustable based on your preference of a soft or firm mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed. This home comfortably fits 4 people, and a pack and play is available upon request. Guest access This is a basement apartment in a home. There is a separate entrance and a door code will be provided to you before your stay. You will not have access to upstairs, and the people living upstairs will not have access to you. There is a private driveway for your use that can fit 2 vehicles, and the backyard is a shared space. Other things to note A tenant currently lives upstairs, but you have a separate entrance and separate driveway, so it’s unlikely you’ll see each other. We ask that you are respectful regarding noise, and have asked them to do the same. Please let us know if there are any problems. There is no AC but there is a furnace. The basement stays relatively cool, however can get warmer during hotter summer days. There are fans available in each bedroom for your use. ***Please put the correct number of people who will be staying with you, so we can put out the correct number of towels and everything to make your stay comfortable.
