The space This is a private room. Please note: this is strictly no-pet and no- animal home. The private room with a private entrance and private bathroom is within our home. The outdoor laundry room is exclusive to our guests and it's equipped with a washer and dryer available to use at no extra charge. The kitchenette inside is equipped with a coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and other amenities. You also have at your disposal an outdoor kitchen with a gas stove and an outdoor terrace. TV with access to multiple channels. Space to park up to 1 car for free. Safety matters! This house has 4 security cameras, all facing outwards giving you privacy in the terrace area, and is equipped with a noise-proof sound monitor. Remember, parties and events are not allowed. Be respectful of neighbors during quiet hours. Guests are responsible for all incidents and the owners are not responsible for any injury or damage to the property. The maximum occupancy is 2 people and additional overnight guests are not allowed. The room is not childproof and pets are not allowed. No pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property at any time. NO exceptions. Guest access Guests may conveniently self-check-in using their assigned gate code provided prior to arrival time. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed please let us know ahead of time at least 24h notice. 1.
