Bring the whole family to this 3600 sq ft home with lots of room for fun. There are large TV's in the living room and loft area for everyone enjoyment pleasure. The bonus room has a ping pong table and the back yard is large enough for some family fun and a BBQ grill is on the patio. There is a 18-hole golf course less one block away and downtown Fayetteville is a quick 10 min drive. Please Indicate in your booking request if you intend to bring a dog(s). The space This house is located on a corner lot. The neighborhood is very quiet and is closed in with very little traffic. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with the master bath located off the bedroom with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The other four bedrooms are upstairs with two shared full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have King beds, one is a queen bed and the fifth bedroom has two twins beds in it. There are two HUGE leather sectionals sofas...one in the living room and one in the loft area that can be used for additional sleeping areas. There are extra pillows and blankets available for use as well. The powder room is located on the first floor off the stairs when you come into the house. Located on the back covered patio, is a propane grill and patio furniture with plenty of chairs for everyone. There are board games for indoor are located in the laundry room. Our Wifi is fiber and is FAST! Everyone will have no trouble streaming at the same time and if you need to work from our home, we have two desks with multiple monitors for your use. Guest access All areas of the house are open except for the master bedroom closet & garage. THERE IS LIMITED STREET PARKING ALLOWED, per the property owners association. Other things to note Exterior camera for check-in and out. No events or parties. There is $75 per pet fee. Please advise if you are bringing more than 2 pets.
