Croft Country Cottage near Narberth

This country cottage is situated within the tranquil grounds of the Coach House with 6 acres of meadows and woodland. It is located about 2 miles from the market town of Narberth which has a wide range of independent shops and restaurants. This rural retreat is also a short drive from the beautiful beaches at Amroth, Saundersfoot and Tenby, and close to family attractions such as Folly Farm Park/Zoo, Oakwood Theme Park and many more. The cottage is a perfect base for exploring Pembrokeshire. The space On the ground flour, there is a spacious lounge/dining room with views over the garden and meadow. The lounge area has a smart TV, sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen has access to the garden/meadow and comes complete with fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a small bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, built in cupboard with hanging rail, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The bathroom includes a bath with electric shower over. The cottage has central heating supplemented with a log burner in the lounge and a wall heater in the kitchen. At the front of the cottage, there is a small garden with outdoor table and chairs and a washing line is situated behind the cottage. Guest access The cottage garden is for guests only and a parking area is also provided for one car. Guests also have access to the meadow and woodland.
