Free-range chickens roam the grounds. Just two miles away lies the vibrant market town of Narberth. The cottage is also perfectly located for exploring Pembrokeshire’s stunning coastline, with the golden beaches of Amroth, Saundersfoot, and Tenby just a short drive away. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious lounge and dining area with beautiful views across the garden and meadow. The lounge is the perfect place to unwind, featuring a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and two inviting armchairs—ideal for cosy evenings in. The kitchen opens out onto the garden and meadow, creating a lovely connection to the outdoors. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. A convenient ground-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower is also available. Upstairs, the cottage offers two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. A baby travel cot or additional single fold-out bed can be provided upon request, making it ideal for families with children. The second bedroom includes two single beds, a built-in cupboard with hanging space, chest of drawers, and bedside tables—perfect for children or additional guests. The bathroom features a bath with an electric shower over, offering both comfort and convenience. The cottage is warm and welcoming throughout, with central heating complemented by a cosy log burner in the lounge—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the countryside—and a wall heater in the kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden area at the front of the cottage, complete with outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A washing line is also available behind the cottage for your convenience. Guest access The cottage garden is exclusively for guest use. A designated parking area is located directly in front of the cottage, with a private pathway leading to the entrance and space for one car. Guests are also welcome to enjoy access to the surrounding meadow and woodland. Please note, we have free-range chickens that roam freely around the grounds. Other things to note We have free-range chickens on the grounds, so we kindly ask that any dogs are kept on a lead at all times.
