The space The exclusive flat is located on the 6th floor within the residential complex Via Montejo with beautiful views of the city and sunsets that you can enjoy from the balcony in typical Yucatecan chairs. The access to the flat is easy from the elevator and there are also stairs. Fully equipped kitchen, large refrigerator, electric and Italian coffee maker, electric hand blender, cooker with oven, etc. Laundry area, washer machine included. Dining room with a spacious table and access to a half bath. The living room has a double sofa bed and a smart TV. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bedside with lamps and USB inputs. Desk and comfortable luggage space. It also has a beautiful view of the city and black-out curtains. Walk-in wardrobe and full bathroom including a shower bench. The flat has 2 air conditioning units that cool it completely and ceiling fans. You will also find iron, hairdryer, cleaning material, folding chairs to take to the beach, pool towels, etc. We have a private parking space available for free. Trolleys are available to take shopping bags up the lift from the parking. The condo has garbage chute system for your convenience in disposing of rubbish. Please refer to the rules for permitted use. INTERNET High-speed fiber optic connection, wifi, and ethernet. You can work comfortably without leaving home or use the multi-purpose room of the building which has areas with tables, chairs, and sofas to rest, read, or work in a quiet and shared atmosphere. SOCIAL AREAS Guests can enjoy access to the social areas on the ground floor and outdoors such as the swimming pool, tables with chairs, and sun loungers. Green areas and trails for jogging, exercise, or a nice stroll to The Harbor (shopping center with restaurants, cafes, boutiques, entertainment, and office areas such as SRE, American Embassy, etc). SECURITY Access to the building is controlled by a 24-hour security checkpoint. Access to the floor through the elevator requires an electronic card (lost card charge: $250 MXN). One parking space is assigned for hosted guests. It is possible to park on the street outside the building. Social areas are exclusive for hosted guests and residents (Non-accommodated guests are not allowed).
