Superior studio

Magnolia House is located in a quiet area close to nature, yet close to good communications with or without a car. The commuter train takes you to Stockholm Central in 22 min. We are adapted for long stay with proper "home kitchens", cleaning once per week, internet and chromecast TV. You share the terrace, laundry room and gym with other guests. Otherwise, you have everything you need in your room. The space We have four houses next to each other, Snöbollsvägen 3-9, with about 25 studios / apartments in each. The studio is very suitable for two people for a longer or shorter period of time. There is a dining table with seating for 4 that can also be used as a combined dining / work area. There is also a separate desk and two armchairs so that both can sit comfortably both to relax and work. The room is homely with wooden floors and space to eat, relax, sleep and work. The rooms are between 29-31 square meters. Guest access All houses have a terrace that is for all guests to use. In this house you also have access to a shared laundry room with free washing and dry, and gym. Outside there is a wooden deck with seating and around the corner there is a barbecue area. If you want to grill, you buy your own grill grate, a cleaning brush and a box to store it in together with charcoal. We do this to keep the room clean but also to keep the barbecue area tidy. We sell it at self cost price and it is for the well-being and comfort of all guests. Other things to note * If you stay a longer time and order something from the internet, choose a pick-up point nearby, such as ICA Nära Norrviken (a shop near the hotel by the train station). * Near the hotel there are both commuter trains and buses for public transport.
