The Garden House- 5 min from OSU

Welcome to The Garden House in beautiful Corvallis, Oregon. You will enjoy your stay whether you come when the garden is a festival of colors, or when it is resting and the house is extra cozy. Atomic Modern fans will enjoy the fun decor. Two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, sleeps 3-6. Minutes away from the OSU campus, Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, restaurants, and city parks, The Garden House is also within short walking distance for coffee and groceries. Come visit! The space The Garden House has Roku tv and free WiFi. There is guest parking in the driveway as well as on the street in front of the house. There are a few steps leading to the front and back doors (three and four). PLEASE no smoking or vaping on the property or before coming on to the property. The well appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, giant retro fridge, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso espresso maker, coffee maker, blender, air popper, oven and stove plus more. Full size bed in Bedroom 1 (with 4inch organic wool mattress topper- like sleeping on a cloud!), and Queen size American Leather brand deluxe sofa bed (with Tempur-Pedic luxury mattress topper) in Bedroom 2, Full size American Leather brand memory foam sofa bed in living room. Bed sheets: cotton in summer, flannel in winter, blankets, extra comforters and plenty of towels are included for guests, even extra toothbrushes and toiletries if you need them. Laundry facilities are available in the garage. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The laundry is in the garage. There is no access to the green house at this time. Other things to note I always stock the fridge with Welcome-to-the-Garden-House-Starter-Groceries that include organic milk, eggs, butter, 1/2 and 1/2 and an alternative creamer for coffee. If you have allergies, just let me know your preferences and I will have those waiting for you instead. There is always plenty of coffee, hot chocolate, and a good variety of teas available. The garden is gorgeous in the summer with fruit, veggies, and herbs for guests to enjoy. The garden in winter is well kept and resting. Thanks so much for being respectful of the paths.
