The space There is an extra Air mattresses, that can be used in the living area or in either of the two rooms. Please let us know if you would like us to prepare them for you. Guest access Guest Access is Through the Lower Level of the back of property. Guest will have to walk down a stepped concrete hill walkway to lower level back entrance from outside, to access lower level private entrance. During your stay I will be available for questions or concerns anytime of the day via text message or email before 5pm EST. After that time I will reply the next day between 9am-5pm. In the event of an emergency please call local authorities. We ask guests to please not bother the tenants upstairs about any reservation issues to contact us directly as the tenants have no ability to access unit or assist with any issues. Other things to note The property does have residents who live on the first and second levels of the home. They are a very sweet family. There are Ducks And Chickens On This Property Please Do Not Disturb As They Are Peaceful and Friendly And Won’t Bother You. Please be mindful and respectful of the upstairs neighbors as they will of you. They are unable to assist with Airbnb reservations questions.This is why we also require 24hours to book before arrival.
