L'Isle-et-Loire with pool, 15 minutes from the Loire

L'Isle-Loire is 15 minutes from the Loire and its "Loire by bike" circuit, the 3 adjoining cottages occupy the western half of a large farmhouse, typical of the Angevine region, dating from the 17th-18th century and fully restored. In the heart of a bucolic garden of 3 hectares, bordered by a stream, between meadows and orchard, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside, a large shared pool from mid-April if the weather permits and play areas for young and old. The space L'Isle-loire offers a set of 3 cottages that can accommodate up to 15 people, ideal if you want to come as a group or family. The cottage "Le grand buisson" (7 people) which is adjoining with "L 'Isle Sorin" (4 people) which is adjoining "L' Isle Mezangeon" (4 people). Les Isles equipment: L'Isle "Le grand buisson" is equipped with a bright living room of 21 m2, an equipped kitchen, an oven + Microwave + Dishwasher, 2 bathroom + 2 toilets, a sleeping area with 1 bed (160x200) and a dorm on the ground floor with 5 beds (90x200), a small living room, WI-FI access, an individual garden lounge and baby equipment on request. The washing machine is outside the cottage. "L 'Isle Mezangeon" is equipped with a bright living room of 35 m2, storage room, toilet, equipped kitchen (Oven + Microwave + Dishwasher+washing machine), WI-FI access, 2 bedrooms upstairs (1x bed 160x200) & (2x twin 80x200 beds), bathroom + toilet upstairs, individual garden lounge. The bedrooms are not large but the living room is spacious and very nice. "L 'Isle Sorin" is equipped with a bright living room of 35 m2 with a seating area, storage room, toilet, equipped kitchen (oven + microwave + dishwasher+washing machine), WI-FI access, 2 bedrooms upstairs (1x bed 160x200) & (2x twin 80x200 beds), bathroom + toilet upstairs, individual garden lounge. The bedrooms are not large but the living room is spacious and very nice. All cottages have wifi and allow remote work. No need to include in your luggage the bed linen that is included in the service. Outside: garden furniture, table and chairs, Weber BBQ and wood-burning fire pit for cool evenings... For young children: two umbrella beds, plus two high chairs are available. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like to enjoy it. Each gite has a private entrance allowing you to come and go at your leisure in a totally independent way. Parking is available to park your vehicle. Unfortunately, our pet friends can't be allowed, we have three cats who have trouble getting acquainted with dogs. No smoking in the cottages. The amenities and decor in the photos of the site, dating from 2019, can be changed by your arrival. Outside - Our large 10 x 5 m swimming pool, accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the summer. Secured (permanent fence and blanket at night) and heated from April to the end of September, it benefits from a salt disinfectant treatment, softer than chlorine. Sunbathing is at your disposal, allowing you to watch the youngest bathers, comfortably settled, in full sun or in the shade. Be sure to bring your own towels. - Beach volleyball court & badminton with net and regulatory lines, surrounded by hedges that hold most balls. You can train or organize a party between neighbors (balloons, snowshoes and flywheels available). - Small boulodrome (12 x 4 m), with its bench, for a game of bocce or Finnish bowls (equipment available). We accept festive gatherings with respect for the premises and the neighborhood. Large sound systems are not allowed, nor are fireworks. It's a bucolic place, full of birds and deer, and we want to preserve their tranquility. We allow music, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, birthdays... Other things to note GPS coordinates: 47°30'43.6N – 0°13'34.2W. The island is accessible from the A85 motorway, a few kilometers to the south, or from the A11 motorway, 16 km to the west. By car, Angers is 25 minutes away and Saumur is 40 minutes away along the river. The banks of the Loire are 16 km away, via Saint-Mathurin-sur-Loire, a typical Loire village village, on the "Loire à Vélo" route.
