Hi lovely guests, very happy for welcoming you to stay in my fully furnished one-bedroom unit :) A one-bedroom suite located in Jalan Ampang area and just opposite the Thai Embassy and right next to China Embassy. Inside of building have mini market, pharmacy, cafe and salon shop. Swimming pool and gym are free access for resident during the stay :) You can walk to G-Tower, Ampang Park LRT Station, Intermark Mall, Ampang Park Mall for variety of work and leisure purposes. The space You will have the entire private place to yourself during the stay and it is not sharing with others :) You will be using access card to take the building lift to my place. My place have: - 1 Queen sized bed - Separated living hall and bedroom - Balcony in room - Basic kitchen appliances (eg. plates, cups, spoons, forks and so on) - TV Streams like Netflix and Youtube Guests are advised to travel here via Uber or Grab Car. Also can take the LRT to this property as the nearest LRT station is Ampang Park LRT station which just 10-15 minutes walk. Note: * No smoking and vaping inside room Guest access Building comes with free access to facilities like swimming pool and gym room. :) The building is located 5 mins walk away from bus stop (direct bus to KLCC) and about 12 mins walk (700m) from Ampang Park LRT Station. Walk to KLCC is also possible in about 15-20mins as KLCC is about 1km away from the property. Safe area: - China Embassy is next door and Thai Embassy is just right in front of the building - Hock Choon Supermarket and Jaya Grocer is 5 mins walk from property - Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, saloon, car rental, laundry and so on is in the building itself Other things to note - No smoking inside the unit. - Keep the apartment in clean and tidy condition - Turn off electricity when not in use (this will really help us to continue providing beautiful apartment at affordable rent)
