This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets. The space We believe that the building was originally the site office for the row of Victorian houses built just before 1900. When we arrived it was neglected and derelict - so we did it up completely. It was used by our children as an entertainment space for years and now it is a very comfortable cosy space for guests to stay. Guest access Guests can use the entire space of the little house and are welcome to use the area of the garden in front and the seating on the decking to the right if the weather is reasonable. Access is through a private entrance with a code lock door around the rear of our property. Other things to note Parking is on street where there is an available space. There are no permits or charges for parking - but please note that as a Victorian street, the spaces might be a short walk from the house and at especially busy times on another nearby street.
