The front patio is not shared, but is located along the entry way - so is only semi-private Other things to note Keep in mind this is an urban environment, The Desert Rose is nestled on a sleepy street - but you may hear some of the noise and life that comes with living downtown. There is no dedicated parking, but street parking is free (just please be aware of any street signage indicating proper parking spaces) you may need to circle a few times to find a good spot- but you will find one on a nearby block if not right in front of the unit.
