The "Mescladis", an unusual group gîte

Playful and friendly, this cottage is ideal for gatherings for a weekend or for holidays with families, friends. Located in Aveyron, in a charming quiet village, it is close to all amenities. Swimming, nature walks and sports, museums, animal parks, ...there are activities to do for everyone! It is also suitable for the organization of internships (yoga, dance, theater, artists' residence...) thanks to its modular living room of 50 square meters. The space Mescladis House is the meeting of 2 gîtes located in the same place, on our property. We live with our 2 children in the part on the right in the cover photo. The unusual cottage "the barn" is therefore the most to the left (old barn as its name indicates) and the cottage perched the "Workshop" ( old carpenter's workshop) is located between the 2. The "Atelier" vacation rental includes a separate bedroom (Arabian),an open mezzanine bedroom (the "cabin") where you must access by a ladder, a living room/kitchen as well as a shower room/toilet). The "Grange" cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor and 3 night areas where you can access them by ladders. It also includes a communal bathroom, with a stretched net and 2 mezzanine hammocks. The living room of 50 square meters includes the open kitchen and can be modulated to free up the space. The firewood is payable at the end of the stay in proportion to your use at the price of 80 euros/stère. Note when the winter period, there is temperature variations depending on the distance you are from the stove, remember to take your ponchos for a cooconing moment by the fire! Optional for on-site payment: If you do not wish to do the cleaning, you can request it from us as an option(150 euros), otherwise, all the equipment is made available to you. If you do not wish to take your bed linens, we install everything at 15 euros/sleeping arrangements otherwise, remember to take a mattress cover and pillowcase + down or duvet cover. If you do not wish to take tea towels or bath mats, towels, we prepare all this for you for 10 euros/people. Guest access Outdoors are to be shared with us and our children in a spirit of simplicity, friendliness and respect of course! :) However, we respect everyone's privacy and the space is large enough to enjoy even meals without promiscuity.(two separate garden areas.) Other things to note We love the conviviality, the party, however, on alcohol is to be consumed in relative moderation (to be clear, the drinking with total loss of responsibility and control of its actions are not welcome ).
