Our home has a privileged location inside a closed neighborhood, in the limit of Lima, San Miguel and Pueblo libre districts. There is a minimarket right in front of the house, where you can get groceries. Also, 1 block away you have Carlos Lisson, a brand new park for you to enjoy, and many stores around (bakery, pharmacies, etc). You can make use of the cute plant-filled terrace to chill or work/eat. This is a room with a private ensuite bathroom inside, and a double bed for 2 people max (please select the number of people that will be staying in the same room, as the price varies depending on the number). We have 6 rooms available (see our other ads if this one isn't available). What do you get by booking with us? -Safety: we don’t allow visitors, and we do all the shopping via delivery (we have a market in front of us that has almost everything). If you need something from them we can also give you delivery numbers that work really good and bring you your things the same day. -Activities: We are doing a weekly activity between guests, always taking into account social distancing. Guests normally cook all the same dish (to save time) and, by doing that, they share a good talk and moments, so if you are the kind of person that enjoys sharing food then this is the place for you. -100 MBPS Internet for you to enjoy, specially if you are doing Home Office. We have 4 routers in the house, one in every floor so you won’t lose signal. -Big Kitchen with 2 refrigerators for you to store all your food and to prepare all your meals. Utensils, glasses, kettle, pots, blender, microwave and a coffee maker available. -Terrace for you to enjoy and relax -Private ensuite bathroom -TV with Netflix inside your room -Washer (only once per week, detergent not included) *Cleaning not included.
