The space A spectacular luxury villa situated on Mont Saint-Clair a few metres from the beaches in the picturesque town of Sète. Villa La Marinière is a modern architectural villa with multiple levels and lots of amenities which guarantee guests a memorable and relaxing holiday. Villa La Marinière has a beautiful expansive garden spread across 1,300 m2.  In this garden, you will find a heated salt-water swimming pool surrounded by an exotic wood terrace.  The gardens also boast a pétanque court for boules game, and a dartboard for your entertainment.  Up a few stairs from the swimming area is a covered terrace beneath the vines so you can unwind and enjoy the sea view and marine breeze. Guests will be able to light up a nice barbecue or try their hand with a Sétois meal with fresh seafood using the plancha. The outdoor dining area can easily accommodate 8 to 10 people with stylish overhead lighting. Through the terrace, you can access the indoor sunken dining area for 10. The interior of the house has been tastefully decorated and it is completely air-conditioned. The many windows let abundant natural light in through the high-ceiling rooms. The main living room is just a few steps up from the dining area and has a flat screen TV in front of an extra large and comfortable sofa. The open kitchen of the villa is truly one of a kind.
