Welcome to our welcoming villa in the charming seaside village of Lido Valderice, also known as Cortigliolo! This peaceful retreat is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house is located in a quiet residential area and offers everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The house is strategically positioned to explore the beauty of the surrounding area. The space The house is a characteristic Villetta composed of internal and external space. Inside we will have a space of about 75 square meters consisting of a living area with living room and kitchen equipped with everything needed for the holiday. Inside the living room we find this beautiful "Relax" station with island sofa and 43 'TV with Smart Functions (Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime). In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms with separate double beds as well as a bathroom with shower. In the external part we will have about 200sqm of garden with barbecue area, outdoor shower, and solarium. The villa is completed by a short but pleasant driveway where you can stop in the evening. Guest access Guests are allowed the possibility of using a barbecue, an outdoor shower with hot water and a well-kept green space, as well as a large private parking area. We care about your and our safety, and we usually leave one day off between one stay and another, just to take care of the cleaning and rearrangement of the houses and common areas.
