The 10m² room is on the 3rd floor of our apartment where we live. Check-in 5pm/9pm Check-out 10am The room is bright and quiet, the window overlooks a small garden. The building is next to the 11th town hall in a quiet residence with an indoor garden. The area is close to the Bastille and well connected by transport. There is no air conditioning but a fan is available. The space The bedroom is bright and has a large 160 x 200 bed. If necessary, we can install a small table to work in the room. Guests have a shower room that we use occasionally and only in the absence of guests because we have a bathroom. Please note, the shower room is on the same level as the apartment, but there are steps to get into the shower (see photos). Guests also have a private toilet. On request and in our presence, it is possible to heat a dish in the kitchen. A small refrigerator is available to guests in the entrance. Guest access The accommodation is close to the metro and bus lines. However, the use of the car is not recommended, parking is difficult. During your stay We're here for our guests to make their stay enjoyable. Warning: no smoking, no food in the bedroom Other things to note Breakfast, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., consists of tea, coffee or hot chocolate with pastries and fresh bread...
