The space Urban Porch Project on 2nd Street was completely gutted - from floors, walls and ceilings to electrical, plumbing, windows, metal siding (in the back), and roofs. Today it is a beautiful modern three bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths, a stunning shower, kitchen, sitting area and living room. Private #3 is located on the third floor (front) - its a very nice bedroom for two with a luxurious queen mattress, wardrobe, dresser, smart tv and wifi. UPP on 2nd is conveniently located directly across from the Goggleworks, minutes from the Santander Arena, Santander Performing Arts Center, Miller Center for the Arts and numerous restaurants including Mi Casa Su Casa, Judy's on Cherry, The Peanut Bar and The Ugly Oyster. Guest access Guests will have access to: First floor - kitchen, sitting area, and living room. Second floor - private lockable bedroom, bathroom, separate shower and laundry room. Guests are provided with coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit and other goodies! During your stay We enjoy meeting new people! Other things to note We (Deb and Lisbeth) purchased this home and decided to do a major rehab of the building... making it unique and community focused...hoping to attract artists and fun people like yourself! We'd be happy to share our story with you! *Deb designed the entire house including removing the old staircase and making the new steel staircase...check out the twist at the end (the first step going up). **Lastly, UPP on 2nd is dedicated to R.E.D. - Deb's wonderfully brilliant and talented mom who inspired her daughter and to create this fabulous home.
