Fernhill sits in an elevated position, in a unique and peaceful setting, with wonderful views over the surrounding woodland. The property itself is located between Cromer and Felbrigg Hall and is set in just under an acre of land. The property is a spacious two-storey home, offering light and bright rooms, along with a beautiful sun terrace. At the heart sits a 'live in' fully equipped kitchen, which includes a central island with a breakfast bar and 10 stools. The kitchen includes a large induction hob, twin ovens and dishwasher, making it the perfect space for preparing big dinners for your stay with family and friends. The utility room attached boasts separate washing machine and tumble dryer if needed. On the ground floor there is also a reception hall with an extendable dining table. There is a large comfortable sitting room with ample seating and a large smart TV featuring SKY. Downstairs there is a shower room and three of the five bedrooms.
