A small cozy nest in the beautiful Jordanne valley, calm and serenity of the place envelop you in unspoiled nature with stunning views of the Cantal Mountains: Puy Mary, Puy Griou, Puy Chavaroche,... Indoor comfort, charming decor, a beautiful country kitchen open to the living room with its fireplace... a simple happiness with the charm of yesteryear. Relax by the fireplace and enjoy the sweetness of the holidays... Drop off your suitcases, come and enjoy the mountain air!! The space Traditional farmhouse completely renovated, with a 1500 m² enclosed plot overlooking the Puy Griou and the Chavaroche. Heating by pellet stove (supplied). Ground floor: living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, pyrolytic oven, range hood, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, Senseo machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, etc.), wood-burning fireplace (provided). Floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 with large dressing room, shower room, independent toilet, relaxation area. Mezzanine: 2 beds in 90 x 190, reading area with catamaran net. High chair and umbrella bed available on request. Weekend rental, during the week (minimum 3 nights), monthly and long-term rate off-season. During the summer vacation, we rent exclusively by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Other things to note For better hygiene, the bedding is equipped with double protection: a fleece mattress topper and a disposable mattress topper. Bed linen and towels are not provided. END-OF-STAY CLEANING The end of stay cleaning is to be done by guests before their departure (a cleaning deposit of €60 may be requested): .trash thrown away .kitchen tidy and cleaned, fridge including taps .clean dishes .dishwasher empty and turned off .floors vacuumed and washed (except hardwood floors) .toilet and shower room cleaned, including faucets .used disposable mattress covers thrown away A vacuum cleaner, broom, mop and cleaning products are available to allow the accommodation to be returned as clean as when you arrived.
