All included except electric (must put in guests name if stay is more than 30 days) PETS WELCOME with a $300 pet fee The space Great space for short term stay tenants e.g. nurses, doctors, teachers working at local hospitals and schools. Apartment is fully equipped with all essentials. Other things to note Private parking and mailbox. Must put electric in your own name.
