The space The new and comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private terrace covered by a magnificent pergola and furnished with a table and benches at the entrance. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, smoke extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, external window, bidet, toilet, wardrobe, external window, and two towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe. The living area consists of the dining and living areas. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a coat hanger. The living room is equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, a coffee table, a sofa bed for two people, an air conditioner, and a free Wi-Fi internet connection. In the completely fenced courtyard available for shared use the barbecue area, trampoline for children, free parking. The location is sunny and quiet surrounded by nature. The nearby beaches are of various types, sandy, pebbly, concrete, and rocky, to satisfy every taste and need. The area is one of the few where the coast changes shape and type every few hundred meters and abounds in vegetation near the sea where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of summer days. The area has been known by tourists for centuries for the healing air thanks to the pine woods of the area, for the nature and tranquility. The beach is at only 450 m, the bakery, greengrocer, and bar are at 800 m, the closest restaurant at 200 m, and the petrol station is at 200 m. The golf course is at 4 km, tennis courts are at 1 km. Guest access Guests have free access to the parking area, the barbecue area, and the trampoline. Other things to note * Pets are not allowed. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution, - to leave the containers empty and wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Customized transports are possible (example: airport accommodation, ...).
