Bring the whole family to enjoy this spacious & comfortable house. Plenty of room - inside & out - to relax, with a large garden, covered patio & above ground pool (summer only). In a peaceful location, but close to town. Perfect for families looking to explore the area. The house & garden are set up for kids. Easy access to Redmond, Bellevue & the rest of the Seattle Eastside. Seattle itself is around 45 minutes drive. Great location for exploring western Washington and getting outdoors. The space Downstairs, you come into the open plan living room, with sweeping staircase, comfy sofas by the gas fire and baby grand piano, plus the kids' art table. There is a games room, with TV, board games, jigsaw puzzles, LEGO and our library of books. Feel free to borrow one - or more - while you're staying! Looking out over the back patio and garden is the family room, with a large kitchen, dining table and more comfy sofas in front of the second fire and large TV. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, drying rack and ironing board. Plus the half-bathroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king size bed, with space to set up a single floor mattress and/or pack'n'play cot (supplied), as well as a desk with office chair. There is a large ensuite bathroom, with a deep jetted tub and double walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite shower room. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. There is also another full bathroom with an above-bath shower. Outside, at the front, there is plenty of parking. At the back, there is a large covered patio with a dining table and sofa. There is a firepit (please follow all local guidelines on fire safety!), lawns perfect for games, a trampoline and a dome climber, as well as our own wooded area. There is also the large above ground pool, available during the summer months. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, excepting the bonus room above the garage, the garage and some closets. Other things to note Families with children and infants are very welcome, and we provide some gear - such as a pack-n-play with mattress and cupboard locks on cleaning supplies - to make a stay with small ones easier. Some of the toys in the house are for older children however, so we suggest not letting very small children have access to the toys in the games room, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. In the grounds, we keep chickens (in a secure coop & run) and a rabbit (in an outbuilding). You don't need to worry about them, as our petsitters will pop by every other day to look after them. Just please don't open the doors, especially if you have a dog of your own. You will be left eggs from our chickens though!
