Cottage on the lake

Beautiful lake view. Upper porch to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening, also covered porched to sit under in those hot or rainy days, large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, sandy beach area for kids. Deep water off the dock. Great for fishing, swimming, boating, tubing. Boat launch on property, access to McLean lake, Gloucester Pool and the Trent Severn from our lake. Fire pit, gazebo. Lots of board games for those rainy days. The space Private boat launch Guest access Access to the whole cottage Other things to note Bring your own bathing towels, fire wood, and propane tank. Water is drinkable. Barbecue is provided I provide 1 roll of paper towel, some toilet paper, dish cloth , tea towels and dish soap. We also have 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, tin boat, 4 seat paddle boat to use at own risk, some life jackets are available. Due to a hill, in the winter months 4x4 or all wheel drive maybe needed.
