Beautiful architect-designed apartment (F3 of 62 m2) 20 minutes from Paris and 1 minute walk from Massy-Palaiseau train station. Massy Business District offers many benefits: - TGV & RER B&C Massy-Palaiseau station is 1 min walk - The Palais des Congrès is accessible in 3 min walk. - Orly Airport is a 20-minute drive or direct shuttle ride. - Access to the A10 motorway to Orléans, Tours, Poitiers and Bordeaux is 10 min away. The space As an architect, I invested myself in this apartment to create a pleasant and warm place. The main idea was to create a modern space with a few Parisian touches. The main colors are yellow, black and white. The space is comfortable with lots of light. It is not uncommon for this apartment to be the place for photo shoots. You won't be disappointed with this trip to this comfortable space close to transportation. The apartment was completely renovated by the architectural agency in September 2022. A quality service just across the street from the train station, consisting of 2 bedrooms and accommodating up to 6 guests. Very well equipped and very pleasant to live in: equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer) bathroom (shower) (washing machine/dryer, hairdryer) and dressing room with storage (iron and vacuum cleaner). The setting is perfect for a short business trip or visit to Paris. Linens and towels are provided. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022. It offers a quality service just across the street from the train station, with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people. It is very well equipped and pleasant to live in, with an equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer), a bathroom (shower) (washing machine/dryer, hairdryer) and a dressing room with storage (iron and vacuum cleaner). The setting is perfect for a short business trip or to visit Paris. Services included in the apartment include beds made on arrival, towels, kitchen towels, a cleaning kit, a vacuum cleaner, shampoo, soap, shower gel, a hairdryer and cleaning at the end of the stay. I had this apartment renovated to my liking so that it corresponds to the way I would like to be received during my travels: a very minimalist setting, comfortable and above all very close to transport. The materials used are of high quality. The work was carried out with as much care as if it were an apartment in which I would have settled. I will offer you Nespresso coffee for breakfast and you will also find tea on site. Liquid for the washing machine and dishwasher is provided, as well as soap and shampoo, to make your stay more comfortable. 50 meters walk, exiting to the right of the new footbridge of Massy-Palaiseau RER B station, you will find the apartment. Self check-in using a lockbox. The TV has a NETFLIX account. Apart from a little traffic noise during rush hours, the neighborhood is quite quiet during the day. This apartment sleeps five guests, two per room and one in the living room. Guest access 50 m walk, exiting to the right of the new footbridge of the Massy-Palaiseau RER B train station. Meet in front of the bakery, which is on the corner opposite the old train station. Paid parking is available at the SNCF train station or in front of the Pathé cinema. Parking in front of the station is paid with Flowbird and PayByPhone app from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., free on Sunday.
