A great year round comfortable one bedroom (large) house with new furniture and beds and a cozy wood stove. Large yard and horse pasture. It is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the Sierra's. Sleeps 6, 2 queen beds and 1 queen rollout sofa. This rental is a real bargain with a very large kitchen that is always the social and gathering spot! It also has a very large yard for recreational equipment. The best part is that it is in the Owens Valley, which is surrounded by the mountains that are accessible within 20 minutes! Guest will have full access to the yard and house. In the summer, it is a great place to host and barbeque. I am still learning to be a host, but I will accommodate you as much as possible! It is my sanctuary and yours with your stay. This is a place where a car is needed to get around. There is a dial ride for around town and Eastern Sierra Transit Authority to get to towns North and South of Bishop. I highly recommend a 4 wheel drive to get out in the country and mountains. A regular car is okay, but you will have much greater access to the area with a 4 wheel drive! Just remember, the Owens Valley and the surrounding land and mountains are Paiute country!
