Kitchen is stocked with basic breakfast items and fresh vegetables from outside garden in season. Washer & Dryer available. Large driveway for off road parking. 1 space available in shared garage. Wifi and Dish TV included. Shared backyard playground area for children. The space *3 bedrooms one bedroom is a small room with bunk bed and trundle bed. See photos. Playground area is shared with homeowners -SCHEDULE IN ADVANCE. Use at your own risk - Children must be supervised. Various yard games are available - (Volleyball, Croquet, Horseshoes, Dangly Ball, Tether Ball, Corn Hole or bring your own. Portable fire pit is available for this area upon request. $15 fee for set up & cleanup of fire pit. Firewood will be provided. Some chairs are available but you might want to bring your own lawn/camp chairs. Non Refundable Cleaning Deposit Required - $90 Guest access You have full access to the house - you share only with the guests you bring. Coffee pot now provided. 1 space available in shared garage. Driveway will accommodate 4-6 cars. Coat closet in garage for out door gear & clothes. No pets are allowed. This is a strict no pet policy based on unfortunate past experiences. Other things to note Our base price is $100 for 4 guests or less. We do charge an extra $15 per guest per night for each guest over 4. We have tried to make the cost as low as possible for families to be able to house together for their vacations. Please contact us for more details if you plan to have a large group using the home.
