The second lower level features a bedroom/bath and the large living room with a smart-tv & private area with the bunkbeds. Outdoor seating is available at the fire-pit in the backyard and seating in the sunroom (my favorite morning coffee & a book space). On colder days, enjoy an immediate fire with a quick switch of the fireplace. Guest access Access to the entire house. Plenty of parking. Gas Grill available. No garage access available. No direct lake access. Other things to note WiFi works great for being 10 minutes outside of town! ATV/Snowmobile trails nearby!
