Haus Seeblick B&B provides serenity and relaxing

This 3 level secluded lake home provides you with amazing views, peace and serenity. We are located a 20 min. scenic drive from Shell Knob. The hosts occupy the main level. The bottom level is totally private with your own entry. The top level is separate with private bedrooms and a nice sitting area which can be used for extra guest or a separate booking. Table rock lake is at the back doors for swimming, fishing or just relaxing. Enjoy the peace on our 2 large decks. I will cook German on req. The space We provide a lovely breakfast each morning. Please know that we occupy the main level, but will not bother you, unless you want our guidance or company. We will deny rent to anyone under 21. Most of the time we are out and about. Each level has a private master bedroom and bathroom. Lowest level has a kitchenette and living/dining room and large deck with hot tub. Main level will be occupied by the host, but is willing to share the kitchen and deck. Upper level has master bed and bath, bunk room for 3 kids and sitting room. There are 2 grills and 2 fire pits on the premises. Breakfast will be served at the main level and can request to have it served also in the lower level. We have kayaks and bikes for our guest. Baxter Marina and Boat dock is right across the lake from us, (Website hidden by Airbnb) We are 60 minutes west of Branson/Silver Dollar City, 50 minutes north/east of Eureka Springs, 45 minutes north of Dogwood Canyon and 50 minutes east of Roaring River State Park for trout fishing and several hiking trails. There are hiking opportunities close by. The main town of Shell Knob is 25 minutes, that is where you will find groceries, restaurants, antique shops etc. There is a laundry and safe room in the lowest part of the house. Absolutely no intoxication, if you chose to get intoxicated and become a nuisance we will ask you to leave. We will not be hesitant to get the law enforcement involved if we have to. Guest access Haus Seeblick is a three story house, that means there are stairs. There is a private entrance to the walkout level of the home. To the walkout level are natural stone stairs. To access the lake we have a path that leads down a slope through the woods to the lake which is about 100 feet away from the house. Lake access. No private boat dock. There is a marina and boat dock right across the lake from us. The host will need to charge taxes, which are added to the base cost. There are interesting sightseeing places, such as Shell Knob, Branson, Eureka Springs, AR and Roaring River State Park within 30-60 minute drive. There will be an additional $100 cleaning fee and additional guest fee for service animals.
