A fully detached, yellow cottage nestled in the hottest neighborhood in Nashville, tucked away in private back yard. Once inside, guests will feel like they are staying in an upscale hotel that simultaneously feels like your own home away from home. Set in a perfect location that is easy to explore all that Nashville has to offer, but also allows you to leave behind the hustle and bustle of downtown Honky Tonks and enjoy complete privacy in a quiet setting. The space Come home after a day of exploring all that Nashville has to offer and cozy up in the full living room with a hot drink from the full stocked kitchen. This space has everything you will need for the perfect stay, from a spacious kitchen and living space, to a cozy bed and a beautiful new bathroom. The entire space is newly renovated and has all the details covered, even down to USB outlets next to each side of the bed. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, refrigerator with an ice maker and plenty of dishes. Large closet in the entrance with hangers and clothes steamer. Living room with TV, an Amazon Fire Stick, Alexa and Wifi. Bedroom has a 12 inch memory foam mattress, extra pillows, USB charging stations on each bedside and a sound machine. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the cottage. We ask that you do not use any of the facilities within the backyard or main home including the pool and main home back patio. Other things to note The person booking the stay must be present at check in (for example: you can't book for a friend who does not have an airbnb account). No additional people are allowed to stay only the person or persons that are included in the booking can stay. You must include the name of guest and number of people at the time of booking. Violation of this rule and you could be asked to leave, without a refund. Please note that there is not a stove in this cottage. There is a Toaster Oven provided. Please be aware that the smoke detectors are hard wired and extremely sensitive. If you burn food the smoke alarms will go off and you can not simply take out a battery to shut them off. You must use a trivet, hot pad, or towel, which are provided to set hot dishes or tray on at all times using the toaster oven. Setting anything hot on the countertops will ruin them and they will then need replaced. We ask that you refrain from smoking in the cottage as well as anywhere on the property (we have children and animals that use our backyard).
